Frederick’s passion for counselling and coaching began over thirty five years ago and is as strong as ever it was. He has lead numerous teams and consulted to large corporations which have included leadership, mentoring, coaching, counselling and training. He is passionate to help people learn and grow and has a personal mission to raise consciousness and awareness in himself and others.
Frederick is a qualified NLP practitioner and Behavioral Modeler.
Rick is committed to Youth mentoring, counselling and coaching. Rick has completed qualifications in youth work and has built up quite a following in the Frankston, Mornington Peninsula region and on social media.
Rick provides unique solutions to the youth population and is the creator of Mana Youth Project. Rick is passionate to see the young people prosper and embrace a good life.
